Emergency Evacuation Chair Training

Firecare 999 can visit your site to conduct emergency evacuation chair training. This training course will ensure that all staff can assist anyone who may be vulnerable and particularly at risk during a fire.

Duration: 2 hours

Manual Handling Training

For staff who may have to lift heavy items correctly to avoid any injuries.

Fire Extinguishers

Firecare 999 can provide commissioned fire extinguishers, in accordance with BS 5306:3 (2009). If necessary, a BAFE qualified technician can also install the extinguisher(s).

We can provide:

• Polished stainless steel fire extinguishers (and installation)
• Chrome fire extinguisher stands
• Fire blankets (and installation)
• Fire extinguisher training (which is included in our fire marshal training courses)

Fire Door Surveys

Fire doors surveys are conducted to ensure compliance to the current legislation with support and advice.

• Including flat entrance fire doors.

Fire Doors

As well as installing new fire doors, existing fire doors can be upgraded to ensure compliance.

For a for a fire door to be compliant, it must satisfy the following requirements:

• Intumescent seals
• 3 fire rated hinges
• Door closer (not required for a storeroom or electrical intake room)
• Vision panel using fire rated glass
